Luca Naus


As an anthropologist, Luca is interested in how people live together and give meaning to their lives. One of her fields of interest, and simultaneously the subject of het masterthesis, is how migration influences and disrupts social relations. Besides, she is also interested in how we, humans, live together with, and view nature. Currently, Luca is working at the Radboud University, Nijmegen as junior lecturer and researcher. Besides a master degree in anthropology and development sociology, Luca holds a bachelor degree in event management, in which she specialized in social innovation. After obtaining this degree she has produced festivals and events for a couple of years, among which Into the Great Wide Open, the Dutch Film Festival and Solar Weekend Festival. Within the Embassy of the North Sea, Luca will also produce the events and take care of organizational matters.
