Workshop in Zeeland: The river is, how we act
In their artistic practice, Anne Jesuina de Andrade and Theun Karelse (research team Future of the Delta), both have a strong focus on embodied experience. In this workshop, they take you to the Wester Schelde. The Schelde is beautiful, but also heavily polluted. Nobody wants a toxic Schelde, yet it’s there. What is it in our (collective) attitude that causes and maintains a polluted Schelde? And how can we change this poisoning attitude to enable water to recover?
This workshop is realised in collaboration with ZMf (Zeeuwse Milieufederatie) in the context of the film screening of I am the river, the river is me at Film by the Sea. Thanks to: CBK Zeeland, Cinema Delicatessen and Zeeland Bruist.
